hi,

my 95 neon is a SOHC 2.0 and I have replaced the cam sensor and crank sensor checked the wiring, the coil pack tested good and so did the plug wires, the connector for the coil pack is not hot when the key is turned on I even had the alternator checkout for some odd reason. Lol and the pcm says code 12 and 55 which mean there nothing wrong whats going on? Can u help me

I had a similar problem to what your talking about and sadly enough after a lot of work, it was fuse #21, a 20amp large blade fuse under the hood that controlled the fuel pump and the coil both. I'd check that fuse to see if it's blown. Damn fuses!
