Engine Performance problem
1995 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my car has never gave me any problems but now its smoking a white smoke out the tail pipe....alot and i mean alot its not the head gasket im sure what is this caused by and how much am i looking at before i have this repaired by a mechanic

What make you so sure its not the headgasket
