1995 Dodge Neon how do I fill the transmission fluid

I must have a leak cause its all on the ground now.

Ok. Will have to repair leak before refilling. Have to visually inspect to see what leaked out. Could be tranny cooler line or crack in transmission pan or assembly itself leaking. May just be gasket or seal leaking.
