1995 Dodge Neon Exterior Lights

1995 Dodge Neon Automatic

So i got pulled over because my back light never came on but when i press on the brake they work fine. Also when first turn on the headlights they don't come on at first. I was wondering if it is just the electrical problem or bulbs/fuses.

You could be having problems with the DRL module-get it checked
