1993 Questions for all other cars 4 cyl All Wheel Drive

Hi,
I drive a neon and the entire dashboard doesn't work like the speedometer, and you can't tell whether your tank is full or empty. But sometimes it does work, so I'm confused on whether a fuse blew or what?
Please help me!

Try to replace the fuse and see if that helps. If not the dash comes up by pulling on it it is just clipped in. Then loosen the screws holding the guages in and lift it up to see if the wiring has come loose. If not the guage assembly itself might be bad. Hope this helps.
