1969 Dodge Neon Car want start will turn over

I change coil, fuel pump, spark plugs, car turn over but will not start the only thing next that i can think of is the timing, what do you think.

You got fuel and spark-verify the valve and ignition timing- 69 Dodge Neon???? never heard of it
