2007 Dodge Magnum electronic throttle control

After driving awhile ( the time doesn't seem to matter) the electronic throttle control light will come on followed by the electronic stability program light. I have taken to a dodge dealer and they replaced map sensor, but this has not helped.

P2173:High airflow: Vacuum leak detected. (Slow accumulation)
P2638:Torque management feedback signal performance.
C121C:Torque request signal denied.

Run a diagnostic on the PCM and ABS controller.
