2006 Dodge Magnum Rear Door

I'm having problems with my rear door not opening. Dealer said it's not the door latch. Also, my interior lights don't work now. I checked some fuses, but I think these might be from the same fuse. Fuse is good. Suggestions

If the dealer said it's not the door latch, could they identify the problem? Was the car ever in an accident?
