2006 Dodge Magnum engine shut off

my wife hit a tire fragment in the road on the interstate and pulled over to check it out. she shut off the car and then went to turn it back on later and now it wont start up. any ideas?

I would start by looking for the obvesious, broken wires, crimped fuel line...
