Headlights and interior light pulsing. Like it lose power around 1500 to 2000rpm. Alternator is charging around 13.9 to 14.2 what could it be

Test the battery and double check the connections make sure its shiny and tight and also behind the alternator.

The voltage regulator's job is to maintain the alternator's current output. When it sees the voltage low it will decrease resistance to raise the voltage and vice versus.

If its not internally mounted-then its inside the powertrain control module as the field generation driver.
