Every once in a while when i start the car it will run very poor and misfires. if i shut the car off and wait 5 minutes it runs fine. I have had it to the dealer several times but they found nothing wrong. I was wondering if this is a computer issue. Also the ABS & BAS light have just come on and are staying on even thought the brakes feel fins. any suggestions?

The ABS light can be scanned with a scanner to identify the problem. Many nationally recognized parts stores will do it for free, so I recommend starting there. As far as the engine, has the check engine light come on?
