Water gushing from tailpipe

The car is a 2000 Dodge intrepid. It is a 6 cylinder automatic. I'm not sure of mileage. Everytime you step on the gas water gushes out of the tailpipe like a faucet. What could be wrong. I'm not driving it till I get it checked.

One of these 3 has a problem the headgasket/head/block-have it pressure tested

Don't even start it again or you may hydrolically lock the engine.
