My engine light is on and it is registering as an evap leak. What needs to be done and about how much will this cost. The purge valve has been replaced. I can't get my inspected until the light is gone. It used to come on and off, but now it is constantly on.

Here is what I recommend. Take the vehicle to a shop and have them "fog" the system. What they will do is inject fog throughout the EVAP system at a very low pressure. Where ever the leak is, the fog will come out and they will be able to locate it.

If you try to look for the leak, chances are you won't find it. They can really be a pain.

Let me know if you have other questions.
