I have recently had problems with my 2.7 L Intrepid. The car started idling funny and when I pulled the codes (after the engine light came on) I had codes P0102 and P0068. I the replaced the TPS and I still have the same problem but this time I only have the P0068 code. Which is a correlation problem with the MAP sensor. My question is, do I need to replace the MAP sensor, or how do I fix the problem? If I do need to replace the MAP sensor Did I need to replace the TPS?

Trouble Code: P0068

Possible Causes:

* An engine vacuum leak present
* High resistance in the MAP ground circuit, MAP Sensor signal or VREF (5v) circuit
* High resistance in the TP ground, TP circuit or the TP Sensor VREF (5v) circuit
* MAP Sensor is damaged or it has failed
* TP Sensor is damaged or it has failed
* PCM has failed

TP and MAP sensors work together. But you probably didn't need to replace the TP sensor.
