2004 Dodge Intrepid cigerette lighter

Hi,
My Dodge Intrepids cigerette lighter ceased to work tonight. When I looked to find out why, I found a small fuse on the floor of the car. I have a feeling it has to do with why it's not working, but when I looked for find out where it could have come from, I couldn't find the fuse box, or panel.

Can you help?
