You'll have to hold the computer a little closer. I can't hear it from here. It would make more sense to take it to someone who can see and hear it and make some tests.
Does "low" mean pitch or near the bottom of the engine? Some possible causes could include crankshaft or connecting rod bearings, an over-tightened serpentine belt, cracked flex plate, loose torque converter bolts, worn timing chain guides, excessive crankshaft end play, etc. An experienced engine mechanic will usually be able to tell the cause by the sound of the knock. Other clues you can provide include things like does it happen all the time, just when the engine is cold or warmed up, only under heavy acceleration, or any other things you can do to make the noise stop or get worse.
