2003 Dodge Intrepid interior lights on panel

The lights on the odometer and radio will dim/flash when the engine runs and the headlights are on. No other lights dim/flash, just these lights. The problem happens only when the headlights are turned on.

Hi:
Check under the dash to make sure none of the plugs are loose. If they are ok, it's most likely a ground problem.
