Fault code P0633. Vehicle won't crank.

2002 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 70,000 miles

my dodge intrepid 2002 wont crank after I left light's on, charged battery & lights etc. Work fine now, just wont turn over. Fault code is P0633, do you know what this code means, or what the problem might be? Thank you, gina
