Heater problem
2002 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Automatic 70000 miles

I have the electronic temperature control - so all I have to do is click the "auto" button and then adjust it (up or down) to the desired temperature. Most of the time it works like it is supposed to. However, there are times that I turn it on and set the temp to 77 - 80 (yeah, I get cold easily), and when the engine gets warm, the heater will start blowing. Sometimes it will blow cold air. I will turn the control off, wait a minute, and then turn it back on. I may or may not have to do this a few times before it starts blowing hot air. Any ideas?

Thank you!!!
