THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR HANDLE (INSIDE) WILL NOT OPEN DOOR... HOWEVER, THE EXTERIOR HANDLE OPERATES FINE. HOW CAN I DIAGNOSE THIS PROBLEM AND FIX IT?

Chances are the linkage came disconnected or has actually broken. You need to remove the door panel to access the linkage. Once removed, you will be able to identify where the problem is.

I have the same problem. Removed the door panel and it is the linkage broken. Ordered and recieved new door handle. Now how do I remove the door handle to replace it?
