2002 Dodge Intrepid No low beam headlights

My battery recently went bad. After replacing the battery I have no low beam lights...High beams are ok along with all other functions..I have checked all fuses in the system along with the relays. I am getting no voltage to the bulbs. I suspect the High/Low beam selector switch on the column..Any thoughts?

CHECK ALSO THE RELAYS IN THE POWER BOX UNDER HOOD
