Left turn signal doesn't work even though I changed all the light bulbs.

Does it do anything... flash quickly, light but no flash...?

Hi:
If the fuses and the bulbs are good, you will need to check for power to the signal switch. To get to it you will need to remove the steering wheel and if it has an air bag, I recommend having a certified mechanic check it. The air bag can be deployed and then you have a more expensive repair.
