2002 Dodge Intrepid intermittent power to a/c, windows, loc

I have a 2002 dodge intrepid. After the vehcile is started, the a/c, blower fan motor, turn signals, power windows, and power locks do not work unless I beat on the steering wheel. Sometimes the pwoer door locks just start going to lock and unlock uncontrolibly. Sometimes when I start the car or turn it off and start again, it will work. I changed a body control module (used) and it didn't help. Any suggestions? Ignition switch maybe?
