2002 Dodge Intrepid Fuel injectors malfunction

When i key up the code I get a P0202 code and the book says an open or shorted condition detected in control circuit for injector #2. It is dupming fuel into the exhast. What do I do to fix this problem.

Hello, do you have spark at the plug on number two? Do an ohms test on the injector in question 13.8 to 15.2, whatever reading you get, you can compare to the other injectors. You can use a noid lite to check injector drive circuits. The lite should flash with the engine cranking, lets you know the computer is pulsing the ground circuit. You might disable pump while testing.
