If all these things started at exactly the same time, you might suspect burned contacts in the ignition switch although I think the radio would be dead too. Overheated terminals in the switch connector are another possibility.

If these are separate problems, the most common cause of the air bag light turning on is a broken clock spring under the steering wheel. As it continues to break, the horn and cruise control will also stop working.
