2001 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i need to know how to set up the timing chain and the twin cams for the car? The car doesnt turn on and do anything.

Are you refering to the timing marks for the timing belt? If so, refer to the belt routing diagram site on this page.
