Do power windows have fuses? The driver's door window is about 1 1/2" down and won't go up.

Yes, they do use fuses.

Can you hear the window motor running when holding switch in?

Okay. How about the other windows. Are they working properly?

Inspect fuse #24 on interior fuse panel. Should be a 20Amp circuit breaker.
