2001 Dodge Intrepid only 3 out of 6 coils spark

my intrepid doesn't have spark in all the coils and the car doesn't start. The coils r good. Tested each of them. Crank and cam shaft sensors r both new. What else could be wrong?please help.

Could be an ICM or the computer coil drivers circuit
