2001 Dodge Intrepid no brake lights

i have no brake lights on my car. i dont know if it is the viper alarm, or something else from the factory parts?? ive checked the fuses, and all the bulbs and wires. i am a mechanic, and have alot of schooling and hands on experiance and still dont know what the problem is. can u help me????
