This usually means you have air in your cooling system. There has to be an underlying cause to why the air is entering your system.
Are you constantly having to add anti-freeze? If so, then you either have an external or internal leak.
An internal leak would be my first guess. Which would be an intake or head gasket failure.
Check your oil. If it's milky, then you have an intake gasket leak.
If not, then remove the cap to you surge tank and start the car. Rev the motor to at least 1.500 r.P.M.S and look inside the surge tank. If you see bubbles, then you have a blown head gasket.
Either way, you must find out exactly how this air is entering your system. Because this will eventually make your motor overheat and blow completely.
