2001 Dodge Intrepid check engine

hello to who every reads this ok problems it smokes a little bit when shes starts it in the morning and it leaks a little oil from both sides of the valve cover and it gets hot on the temp guage gets one bar away from over heating and now the check engine light comes on now but its not blinking what does all this mean
