2001 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 77000 miles

I have a car alarm that was installed after I purchased my car. It was installed by the dealer. It is supposed to be the alarm system for the car. I had them set the alarm very sensitive as I have had people try to steal the car before. But with the cold lately the alarm has been going off for no apparent reason every few hours. I do not want to turn off the alarm. Could the reason be the cold is making the alarm set off. The car is parked in under the carport with the front of the car closets to the house and no air flow through the carport. Thank you so much for your help. I am at my wits end.

I think your correct, your going to have to get back to the dealer to have it changed. If you know the company that installed it, they can help you also
