2001 Dodge Intrepid Blower making sound

When i have the heater or A/C fan on i hear the something like the air bing let out of a balloon (leaking sound). I don't have any cool air when A/C is on and my defrost didn't work to well this winter. What do think may be the problem? Thanks in advance.

Have the blending door checked out. It is either faulty or stuck in "closed" position.
