2001 Dodge Intrepid air bag light won't go off

When I start my car the air bag light will come on and my windows won't roll down and my turn signals won't work. What could be the problem and how can it be fixed?

I'm not a mechanic, but I have the same problem with my 98 Intrepid, and while the car is running if I very carefully move the key around with out shutting the car off the windows and turn signals all work. Hope this helps.
