I have a dodge 3.2 engine and and it does not heat up to the right tempature it under heats it self I also have another question when I am reversing at low rpms my car shuts off do you have any ideas what it may be thank you

Hi:
I would start by replacing the thermostat for the heat problem (if you are refering to the engine not heating properly).

As far as the reverse, check for vacuum leaks on the engine and the hoses going to the trans.
