Won't start unless jumped

I have a 2000 Intrepid with around 90,000 miles, sorry, not sure of engine size. Problem is car will not start, except with a jump from another car. Replaced battery recently and it did start the next couple of weeks after that, now it is not starting again. Sometimes after jumping, it will start ok on it's own for a week or two. Any suggestions?

Check or replace both battery cables! Clean the contacting areas.

Also, I have seen the starter motor do this, I would swap it out to help fix the problem, here is how. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
