2000 Dodge Intrepid Won't Start

I got this car dead, water pump went out, and timing chain jumped bending all valves. Took engine out of wrecked car with running engine and put in my car, I don't have spark. I changed out cam and crank senser, then sent ECM in and had it flashed and reprogramed. The car has a 2.7L v6 in it. Took the motor out of a 2002 it had the same vin code "R".

Check for power at both coil and injector connectors dark green and lite green wire for power no power check fuses N/S/T in power distribution center then comeback-

There is power for a second when you turn on the car, then nothing. The fuses n s t are good, there is power at ASD fuse(n), but no power going into INJ/Coil(s) or SSR(t)
