Were the Tire Rods are connected to the center of the car (Not at the tries) 1 rod the rubber seal is gone. When I drive under 10mph it shakes to the right & left. The shaking stops when I get over 15mph.
1. Do you have any idea how much this will cost to fix?
2. Is it safe to drive for the next 2 weeks?

Thank you

It sounds like you are refering to the inner tie rods. THe rubber boot is to keep dirt out of the rack and pinion. Have you checked if there is excessive play?
