2000 Dodge Intrepid no heat, fans not working

I have a 2000 dodge intrepid with a 2.7 v6, I just replaced the radiator. Before the replacement the duel fans worked and it had heat. now it has neither. What can cause these problems?

Is the problem with your heat the fan not working or the temp of the air?
