Where exactly is the neutral safety swtich located and what does it look like, plz? I don't exactly know the "category" (as required above). I am so sorry, but I truly would appreciate any assistance you can give me. When my car doesn't start, I can shift it into "neutral" and it will start.

You don't have a NSS-

Do this have a helper hold key at start position and look for power at light green wire on the starter motor Do you have it?
