1. Steering wheel shakes/shimees, most noticible while driving at less than highway speed

2. Steering wheel appears to be about 15 - 20 degrees left of center when traveling on straight road...out of alignment?

3. front tires, notably right side low on tread. Don't see any steel belts coming through.

I had the same problem on an 02 and it was the upper tie rod bushings where they attach to the steering box. Appox. $19 if you fix yourself.
