My rear brake lights will not go off

HI:
Most likely the brake light switch has come loose under the dash, or has shorted out.

IT's located on the brake pedal under the dash. Make sure when you release the brakes, the button on the switch is closing. If it is, unplug it and see if the lights go out. If they do, replace the switch.
