The car seems to be grinding in the rear. I replace the struts and it still looks low and it preventing me from taking off faster, it feels like someone holding the car back then letting go.

Hello,

Ok, have you checked the Brakes to make sure they are not metal to metal and that a caliper isn't locked up.

Another possibility is a Bearing is going bad.
