1999 Dodge Intrepid Ticking Sound

When I'm driving with the window down I can hear a ticking sound coming from the front end. Also, the steering wheel will pulse also the car bounces while driving along down a smooth serface road.

Its best to have the front end checked as your steering is so very important, the LH model had a great deal of weight in front but used rack and pinion steering. The tie rods on the ends of the steering rack had some looseness and failures. Its best to have it checked for safety.
