1999 Dodge Intrepid starting

When attemting to start, ignition will click, but no start. After jumping car will start, It should be noted that while car does not start, Radio, lights are all opperable. What woul be causing this. It shoul also be noted that once vehicle is off again, an additional jump is required.

I also have a 99 Intrepid and about a month ago I had the same problem. I paid to have mine towed and luckely have an honest mechanic. They told me that it was the Starter connection cable was loose and that while I had full power inside the car, it wouldn't start or run even with several jumps. I dont know if this is ur answer but its worth a shot and doesnt cost anything.
