1999 Dodge Intrepid V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 128000 miles

Hello everyone,
I have a 99 Dodge Intrepid with 128000 miles on it and there is a squeaky(chirping like) noise coming from the front of the engine, in particualr by the power stearing/alternator area. It does it when I start the car in the morning and once it runs hot it stops. However if the engine cools off for 2 hrs it comes back again. I thought it was the serpentine belt so I changed both belts and the idler pulley. The noise is still there. I went to mechanic and he said that it's the belts but that's normal considering the weather conditions in FLorida so he recommended spraying some WD40 when they squeak. I tried and it doesn't help. Any suggestions?
Thank you,
m

Dont use wd40 try using some good belt dressing. If nothing you may have a bad bearing on the pulley.

It sounds like you have a belt tensioner bearing going out, I would remove eh belts and spin the pulleys to see which one makes noise, here is how to change the belt tensioner out in case I am correct. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
