1999 Dodge Intrepid smoking

My intrepid smokes out of the tailpipe first thing that ever happened to my car it runs very well I add only a half a quart then change my oil every 2500 miles religiuosly is there anything I can do about this, sticky lifters, maybe its the oil I use, is there an additive I can use to correct this problem?

Is the smoke blue? If it goes away in a few minutes, suspect deteriorated valve guide seals. Changing brands of oil can affect it due to a different additive formula. Sometimes the problem clears up on its own for a few months.
