first off i have a 1999 intrepide with a 2.7L it starts and ideals just fine but when you push on the gas at 3000rpms it stops and drops down then back up again???its like its maxed out by a govener.i dont know what would make it jump up and down like that ???but never go higher then 3000rpms.and one more thing how would i test at home all these sencers?an voltage meter??thx
