Hey,

I have a 99 Dodge Intrepid and I am having a big issue. I was driving and the car made a grinding/screeching sound and started spraying transmission fluid everywhere and then coasted to a parking spot. I checked the transmission fluid and there is none. When I put the car into reverse it will reverse fine, however, when I put the car into drive it will not move. I will have it towed somewhere, but from what I have described would anyone have any ideas what happened?

Thanks,

I have seen it where a pin inside the transaxel will come loose and shave in the tranny housing causing it brake and leak the fluids
you should have it towed and check
