1999 Dodge Intrepid door will not open

i was in an accident, and i want to fix my door. the problem is the drivers door will not open, and i am having trouble figuring out how to open it. help me please

Was the door damaged? IF not, you need to remove the inner door panel to access the linkage and the handle.

yes the door was lightly damaged i can fix the dent, but i have to get the door open to access the linkage. my problem is i cant open the door from the inside or the outside. any help is appreciated thanks alot man

The only thing you can do is remove the door panel from the inside to access the linkage. If I had to guess, I would say the hit has knocked off the linkage or broken it. But you need to remove the panel to identify the problem.
